CarbonForm’s Pellet Extrusion 3D printer is a high-performance material extrusion 3D printer engineered for direct printing with composite pellets/granules. Designed to streamline material innovation and rapid part production, the Mini series support a wide spectrum of advanced thermoplastics and composite formulations.

We offer regular version and high temperature (HT) version, and build size from 500x500x500 mm to 800x800x1100 mm

  • Max Nozzle Temperature: ≤450°C 

  • Optional Nozzle Diameter: 0.6-3.0mm

  • Materials: PLA, PETG-CF/GF, ABS, ASA, PC, PA-CF, PP, TPU, TPV, EVA, PEEK-CF

  • Chamber Heating: 100°C (200°C is optional)  

  • Working Surface Temperature: ≤120°C

  • Material Particle Diameter: 1-5mm pellet

  • Drive Motor: Servo Motor

  • Storage Hopper Volume: 5-10 kg
